Lorena contacted me about creating a tailored suit suitable for attending an informal communal wedding.
As we talked together, she explained what she wanted, specifying that she wanted a suit with wide pants and, above all, garments that made her feel comfortable.
She also asked me if it was possible to use a combination, not very usual for weddings, of black and white.
Given the informal wedding and Lorena's close proximity to the bride and groom, I wanted to please the client, creating a black lined jumpsuit and a white shirt with a back neckline, all stopped by a large bow embellished with embroidery.
Another request was in fact, to add a shade created with black sequin and bead embroidery, starting from the tips of the bow and fading into the white of the fabric.
This detail was much appreciated especially because of the light that was going to add to the totality of the look.
